Majors Creek Pub Dinner, Friday 28 Nov 2025

Come along for a meal before the LRC Xmas Party event on Friday. Share a chat about recent trips and make plans to run a new trip in 2026.

Spaces remaining are for seats. 40 seats have been booked. Please order and pay at the pub on the night.

Please note: Each booking is tentative and must be “checked-in” manually by the Website Manager, after which the spaces remaining for this event will be updated.

Please RSVP to attend this Pub Dinner (separately to the LRC Christmas Party RSVP). Please RSVP no later than 1 week prior, Friday 21 Nov.

Christmas Party: 29 to 30 Nov, at Majors Creek Recreation Ground.

Come and enjoy a catch up with fellow members at our annual Christmas Party, in the laid back surrounds of Majors Creek.  Pricing to be confirmed shortly.

Arrive any time from Noon on the Friday (28 Nov) and head home anytime on Sunday

Friday, 6:00pm: Pub dinner, please submit a separate RSVP for this event: Xmas Pub Dinner.
Saturday, 4:00pm: Santa will arrive at 4.00 pm (please ensure you have a present sorted for your charges)
Saturday, 6:00pm: Meal served by the Majors Creek Hotel (provider not yet confirmed), at the Rec Ground

Let’s see if we can encourage a high attendance and encourage a chat with our newer members to ensure all are welcomed.

Braidwood is the closest Supermarket and Fuel
No Dogs, as per the Recreation Ground rules

We are looking for a coordinator for this Christmas party to manage day to day activities … this may suit you.

The usual December club meeting will be held at Eastlakes, on 8 Dec.

Start Date: 20 April 2026  (Esperance WA)
End Date: 9 May 2026  (Busselton WA)

Join fellow LRC members on a trip exploring parts of WA from Esperance to Busselton, camping in National Parks and local caravan parks.

This a relaxed trip with the opportunity to visit tourist sites, wineries, and galleries at your whim.  There will also be opportunities for fishing, bushwalks, photography, and anything else you might like to do.

The trip will be visiting the following locations:

• Esperance
• Cape LeGrand National Park
• Stokes National Park
• Bremer Bay
• Albany
• Denmark
• Walpole National Park
• Pemberton
• D’Entrecastreaux National Park
• Cape Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park
• Margaret River
• Busselton

A number of campsite bookings need to be made in October as this part of WA is very popular and National Parks opens bookings 6 months prior to arrival.

This trip is, for the most part, camper trailer friendly, depending on your camper trailer and experience.  There will be some locations visited where towing is not recommended.

The trip is limited to 8 vehicles so RSVP soon…..
