Head for the Hills
14 December - 15 DecemberFree
In recent years we’ve been to Charlie Creek the hard way, the easy way, and the other way. Who knows which way we’ll go this year – come along and find out.
Whichever way we go we’ll cross the Murray River at Tom Groggin. And we might camp at Charlie Creek or Davies Hut or maybe Buckwong Hut – we’ll probably visit them all over the weekend.
Lots of options on the way back too – Mt Pinnibar perhaps, or what about Mt Gibbo.
Some may want to leave on Friday afternoon and camp at Tom Groggin, having a relaxing Saturday morning until the rest of the group arrives about lunchtime. No problem.
The trip is graded medium but some sections may be difficult.
